Fluffy yummy pancakes
Ingredients
| 5 1⁄4 | c | Buttermilk |
| 6 | c | Flour (sifted) |
| 3⁄4 | c | Sugar |
| 6 | Eggs (beaten) | |
| 2 | T | Baking Powder |
| 1 | T | Baking Soda |
| 1 | T | Kosher Salt |
| 3⁄4 | c | Pumpkin |
| 1 | T | Vanilla Extract |
| 1 | t | Pumpkin Pie Space |
Instructions
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl.
In another bowl mix buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk in dry ingredients.
Cook on a griddle over medium heat for about 40 seconds, or until bubbles appear, flip and cook for another 40 seconds. Serve hot.
